No, it was a foul. And the correct decision.
Was refreshing to see such a good refereeing perfomance as a neutral lastnight. Could have maybe curbed a bit of the theatrics (from both teams) and time wasting from porto but that aside was a very good performance.

The ball was in play today for just 66 of the 132 minutes played. The referee played one minute of injury time in the first half and just three were awarded at the end of the second period.

Considering some of the fouls the ref was letting go (for both teams TBF, but mainly Porto), the goal should've stood.
