Copa America Qualifiers
Bit of a strange one this, as it is CONCACAF nations competing for a place in the CONMEBOL tournament. The Copa America will be 16 teams, the 10 South American nations, the already qualified Jamaica, Mexico, Panama and the US plus 2 more CONCACAF nations decided by play-offs this week:

Both games are on Saturday 23rd night and are played in Frisco, Texas:
Canada vs Trinidad and Tobago
Costa Rica vs Honduras

The winner of the Canada game will join Argentina, Peru and Chile in Group A, while the winner of the second game have Brazil, Colombia and Paraguay.

Friendlies
England play Brazil on Saturday and Belgium on Tuesday, both games on Channel 4.
Scotland meet Netherlands on Friday and Northern Ireland on Tuesday, with the Irish playing Romania Friday.
Republic of Ireland play Belgium on Saturday before facing Switzerland on Tuesday.
All these will be on ViaPlay. The Scotland/Northern Ireland game is also on BBC Scotland, BBC3 and BBC2NI so no reason to miss it!!


One for the purists - San Marino play St Kitts and Nevis live on Viaplay on Wednesday and Sunday. Surely a chance for San Marino to get their second ever victory?

Stage 2 continues with a double header week. Stand-out meetings include Japan vs North Korea, South Korea vs Thailand and Australia vs Lebanon.

First round play-offs see 2 legged ties between Anguilla versus Turks and Caicos Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands vs British Virgin Islands. I'm guessing a few on here will have a vested interest in that second tie...

It is also Nations League action in North America.
