Forest V Crystal Palace Match Thread

Today is the day for the manager and his team to earn their corn. We need to keep a clean sheet while showing more attacking threat upfront.

Both teams could only manage a 1-1 score draw against Luton recently, so who will come out on top today?

The Eagles keeper is out for the rest of the season after picking up a elbow injury in the England warm up.
Elsewhere in the squad, Glasner confirmed Jeffrey Schlupp is available again after injury and Daniel Munoz is fit after a "small issue" while on international duty with Colombia.

Players to watch are Mateta and Ayew for Palace.

Willy Boly has returned with a muscle strain so may not feature unfortunately.

Chris Wood has recovered from his knock so should be fit to start, he scored a beautiful chipped goal over the Luton keepers head to open the scoring last week. He just needs the right ball into the box.

Awoniyi is still inured I believe.

Time to win some home games gentlemen and stop blaming the referee, because we can't defend in extra time.

Lots of possession, absolutely NO quality when we get into their box, Palace are time wasting already.
The last thing we needed was to have to chase a game against a team like Palace.
Just can’t see us creating anything with the required quality.

If it stays like this are we as good as down ?

At the moment it feels like we can play all day and we won't score.

It’s hard to believe how bad Palace, and they still look comfortable. They’ve had the best two chances, one taken, one well saved.
Henderson hasn’t had a save to make.
It’s hard to see where a goal is coming from.

I have to say, my pessimism is on the rise…

Palace should be 3-0 up, we really are that bad.
Eze has a great chance but fortunately doesn’t hit the target.
We don’t seem to have any urgency.

That has got to be considered another 2 points dropped.
Too many times the final ball into the box lacked any quality.
By virtue of other scores, today hasn’t been a disaster, but it really does feel like another opportunity wasted.
Reyna finally got a chance to show what the could do, but didn’t really offer too much.
1-1 today and a win against Fulham, and things will look a little rosier, but lets be honest, we are drawing too many games.
