First game in a good while that

Cannot believe Arsenal come into it for a draw today, madness really given a win keeps them top but a draw may as well be a loss after Liverpool took three points. No ambition and were there for the taking, shame for all our control and possession we didn't look like we had any idea how to do it. Liverpool the undoubted winners today, guess we'll see what the next few weeks brings but Scousers certainly looking the strongest of the three.

Wtf is the op talking about??
So AFC were expected to beat the best team on the planet, with the best manager and St, CDM and CAM, at their home ground, which no one has done for about 40 games or something, it's ridiculous, just like the OP sounds in this article. Why is this bar set for NO ONE else?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You've missed the point entirely. You weren't expected to beat us, but you were expected to try. And that bar is set for you and no one else as you are the ones supposedly trying to win it come May.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not at all, we went to Not lose, like we did last year, which we done. That ridiculous bar has never been set for LFC in the 5/6 yrs they have been challenging Man C has it? because it's a ridiculous barometer, 1 game, away at your toughest rivals, doesn't define your season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I've no axe to grind with Arsenal, you've some very likeable ex players of ours and I'd rather you win it any day of the week over the Scousers! But I'd be absolutely gutted if City went to one of our rivals at this stage of the season and time wasting was a higher priority than trying to score a goal. When was the last time you saw a title contender happy to draw their way to a lower league position in the run in to the end of the season?!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As I said earlier, we clearly wanted to take at least a point back home with us because we have been battered there, every time, for years. we still a young team, who are clearly learning and improving. To take a point home from Man C, the current Treble winners, without them scoring, is not an easy feat.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

No but with the position you're in I just thought you would have been a bit more on it, you could of really done us yesterday with a bit more belief I thought. Bit of a missed opportunity
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Maybe, maybe not, we'll have to wait til the end of the season to see...but I definitely don't think LFC are going to win all their games from now til the end either.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It’s a very dangerous mindset relying on what hasn’t happened yet. Especially with three teams involved and the games left can disappear very quickly.

I completely get that and what will be will be at the end of the day, that's just my opinion, whatever happens, I've enjoyed us being in a title race, going toe to toe with 2 juggernauts and if we don't win, I'm 99% sure we'll go just as hard,if not harder, next season, and the season after that, until we do win it.

Man denies charges from 115 years ago because he was a Chelsea fan back then.

Some real crybaby punditry from Micah Richards about the game on 5live just now, moaning about the criticism Man City are getting from it.

Can I also add, there was a couple of faux head injuries the ref got suckered for last night. Should be sending players to the sideline to be checked when they get up after a head injury 1) because they should be checked over properly as I believe they are in rugby 2) to avoid people abusing the halt in play like happened yesterday a couple of times

Bit harsh on Haaland, he hit Saliba quite hard.

What history of cheating?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Please give me a list of cheating offences we’ve been found guilty of.

Anyone who knows the history of Henry Norris is aware Arsenal are a club built on bribery, political influence and corruption
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Boris has to go back over a century for his whataboutery
----------------------------------------------------------------------
While the PL is only going back 15 years to try and pin something on us.

Of course the first instance of actual match-fixing concerned Liverpool and United, what a surprise
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't know why you bring up historical events. Mainly because City weren't innocent back then either. They were just as bad and as corrupt as anyone else at those times. It doesn't make what City have done OK.

Haven't City actually been banned for football doping in the past? iirc it's a hilarious story that mirrors what happening now. That's without mentioning all the other bullsheet City have been involved in.

What in the hell was Pep doing by subbing in two of their most ineffective players Doku and Grealish?
