Young referee bottled it

I knew come kick off he was a nervous wreck
Laughing and putting his arms around Neuer like a nervous little fan boy right before kick off.

Showed his inexperience- absolutely bottled his performance

-Saka penalty- Debatable

-Kane should have received red for the clear elbow on Gabriel- clear intent right in front of his eye

-Gortezkas yellow that would have ruled him out of the second leg.

Ref bottled two big calls in the tie- hopefully never see him again.

On another note - seemed like the emirates was full of tourists tonight. Extremely disappointing and slightly embarrassing given the size of the game

Exactly PP. Saka had contact. But it was initiated. Elliott had no contact at all.

Liverpool was historically, so it’s clearly a genetic inheritance.

It’s funny that Liverpool fans question why people are still moaning about the penalty…

… they keep bringing it up.

Muppets.

Kane’s elbow was him protecting his space as lot of forwards do when a defender is coming behind. No swinging motion at all.

Bayern techincally should've had a penalty for the handball from the goal kick. But I don’t believe that would’ve been in the spirit of the game on such a big staged game.

Saka done his best karate kid impression. He expected Neuer to come forward more, but Neuer restrained his movement. Saka’s touch was heavy with Laimer closing the space. He then tried to win a penalty. Poor decision making all round.

The Davies yellow card was soft. Now he misses the return leg I think. Goretzka didn’t get a yellow for something more deserving and now is available for the return leg.

Everyone lambasting the Ref. I feel he done a good job. Let the game flowed. Best of all is the speed at which VAR checks decisions in Europe. Puts the PL to shame.

You support Spurs so I can forgive you. Kane knew exactly that Gabriel were coming. Btw not the first time Kane was doing it.

Many defenders rough up attackers. Kane just likes to give a bit back. I know he has roughed up Gabriel in the past. But for me that ‘elbow’ wasn’t a red. He looked to see where the defender was before protecting the space. As many players do. Like I said no swinging motion.

You’re Arsenal so I’ll forgive your obvious bias against a player than loves scoring past you.
