Kick them seems to be the mantra of our opponents, and refs seem more than fine with that approach. Kilman on Saturday, Nico Jackson yesterday - both definitely fall into the "seen reds given for them" category. Jackson didn't even get booked. There was another one that looked dodgy on Saturday but I think the player pulled out just about. Add to the treatment Saka gets every game with far less protection than most of his peers you do have to worry we will once again see one of our players on the end of a leg breaker.
Of course, next up is Spurs - a game that has the potential to be a real battle. Hopefully our players can keep the right side of the law and if Spurs players cross the line the ref deals with it correctly. Fingers crossed we go into the game top, and can strengthen our title hopes at the home of our local enemy.
If you can't beat them...

How VAR never asked the ref to look at Jackson's tackle is beyond me.
It was a shocking tackle.

It is impossible to know what is a red card and isn't, same with handballs. Just no consistency. With the Forest thing, the whole system is going to be under massive scrutiny.
Trust in refs and the PGMOL seems to be at its lowest since Webb started turning it all into a TV show. Of course, as Winston would point out, players do have to take some responsibility for play-acting.

Called the Jackson one as soon as I saw it in real time…..was a nasty one
Clear red and the fact he didn’t even get carded was baffling

Finally saw the forest Everton highlights earlier
How forest didn’t get at least one penalty was shocking
Var for that game should be sacked

VAR is not working properly in the Premier League.
The amount of errors by VAR is getting more ridiculous with every game.
Something needs to be done. It influence the outcome of who is winning the title and who is getting relegated massively.
Arteta was the first manager to criticise the VAR fiasko publicly. Carragher and this massive priiiick Neville used the media to put him down. Happy that this dicussion came back due to the Forest announcement on twitter.
This can't go on.

Thought it was a yellow but yes definitely seen red given. Unbelievable no yellow shown.
In terms of kicking I thought Arsenal got away with multiple fouls, mostly everytime Chelsea tried to hold the ball up with back to Arsenal players who then just went through the Chelsea player, bundling him over. For some reason the referee allowed this.

IMO var in PL doesn’t work for two reasons
A) corruption
B) incompetence

Romero would’ve been hung, drawn and quartered if he’d done Jackson’s tackle.
