I may be wrong but I think the club will have more money to spend on transfers if we miss out on the Conference.

He’ll be lucky to keep his job given all the Chelsea fans want him sacked.

Chelsea and Spurs should have both been better this season with no European football. It's a huge advantage to have full weeks to prepare for games.

True. At least Chelsea got far in the cups, and if they win all the rest of their games they'll probably be close to Spurs' points total.

He and Chelsea are very welcome to the Conference League place.

I'd rather finish 8th personally and if we win the cup final we get a Europa place and it we don't we don't have any European football. That's fine with me.

Given we've had over 60 injuries this season the last thing we need is to play in a competition nobody cares about where the prize is a place in the Europa League if you go all the way.

No give me me free midweeks over the conference league anyday.

We get the same income if we sell 1 shirt or 1,000,000 though.
The risk is all on the manufacturer as we get a lump sum
for the length of the contract.

I don't want Conference League football for about 4/5 solid reasons. I can see Chelsea and Newcastle finishing above us now anyway so it won't matter.

The goal for next season will be top 4 (or maybe 5 if the PL get the extra place)

Our chances will.be greatly enhanced without European football you'd think. Lesser schedule should mean less injuries and more time for our new coach to work with
the squad.

I will be opting out of conference league games if that's where we end up. I'm not paying nearly £50 a game to watch a third rate European competition. If rather go watch our kids play at Leigh for free personally.

Europa League is different as there's still some estime to be gained from that trophy plus the CL place as a prize too.

You can't honestly believe Jim is going to invest 1.5bn + and leave this current manager in place do you? We are heading for 8th and very likely to lose the FA cup final too barring some sort of miracle.
