INEOS

If this Jim Ratcliffe character and INEOS are as "success driven" and serious as I keep hearing , then they can't mess about in the summer.

Get rid of the bald fraud and many of these players who are stealing a living as professional footballers at Man United.

It's now gotten to a point where watching this Manchester United side with their no tactics , no style of play and no energy is a cruel punishment for some of us.

It used to be the only thing that mattered in the weekend but now it's hard to even look forward to a match.

The people out there still backing this absolute incompetent and joke of a manager , surely even by your lack of standards for this club this is beyond ridiculous

Sadly, this isn't football manager. They will have to try and rebuild over years, like everyone else.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Varane, Evans, Amrabat, Eriksen, Martial is a decent start.

Plus anyone we can get a fee for
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You got 5 names and still not include Casemiro in it

He would come under 'anyone we can get a fee for'

If you think a new manager is going to sweep in sell the lot and start again, you are deluded. There will be ins and outs but you need a new manager that can get something out of the resources he already has. Arteta did it at Arsenal. He got total sh11t from the miserable gooners at the start but he had the self belief to stick it through. They are a very good team now, and one or two signings short of being a great team. That’s the kind of manager you need.

What?

Arteta has pretty much replaced the whole team, hasn’t he?

And when he came in, they were awful?

Not sure there’s much correct about what you’ve said at all.

No wum from me.

I actually have some sympathy for ETH. He came to you with a top class reputation (they are saying exactly the same about Slot coming to us - worrying, very worrying), but it simply hasn’t worked.

His fault? Far from it. He inherited a team dire in quality. Whoever was bought in, no matter how high the price, Antony, Casemiro etc., they’ve failed, and failed both miserably and publicly.
No player bought in to ManU can be said to have improved in their quality. Clearly a fault in coaching.

Where is your youth policy, where’s your 2024 version of the class of 92, or anywhere near it? This season, Klopp has had as much as 8 academy players in the team or on the bench, and each and every one of them had fully justified their inclusion.

And when you look at our young players on loan, Beck, Morton, Carvalho, Slot will struggle to justify buying anyone in.

You don’t need to be told by anyone that your problem clearly lies in recruitment, especially youth, and coaching.

Get that sorted and you have a chance. If not, you will end up in the lower half of the PL next season.

And stay there.

Yes he's replaced the squad but he's been there over four years. He was appointed as manager precisely because he was the only candidate who committed to work with the squad they then had. The other candidates all turned up with a shopping list of what they needed before theyd consider the job. It took him 3 years to really get Arsenal going including miracles like turning Xhaka into a solid DM, and transforming Odegaard from a RM flop and serial loanee to one of the games best midfielders. He's a great manager. As I suspect United are about to find out in a very painful way.

What are you banging on about?

"you need a new manager that can get something out of the resources he already has. Arteta did it at Arsenal."

This is complete bullsheet.

He's replaced the squad. He got rid of most players and replaced them, and he's only seen success once that happened because he couldn't work with the resources he had.

In fact, the team's performances with the resources he had were awful.

I think you need to restart your internal computer and start again.

You’re a fecking idiot.

You say he got something with the resources he had, yet also say he’s replaced the squad he had in order to do well.

Muppet.
