the ballon d'or has never been about the best player/manager, it's always been political.

Abidal is on there for some strange reason aswell which i dont understand, Wenger isnt to bad.

personally i think it's an absolute disgrace that aberystwyth's manager isn't on the shortlist.

Steve Kean should get the award for standing tall despite Blackburn's shocking supporters.
