So we all know that Punk has announced his decision to leave WWE after the MITB PPV, however Wrestlezone is reporting that this is an old hash of a former ROH storyline.

I am in no way doubting that Punk is leaving but this makes things very interesting, the plot thickens...

I could see Punk taking the title witn him when he "leaves" and having that worked into how he eventually comes back.

At least it would be something new on WWE.

A bit like a fake version of when Naitch came from NWA/WCW to WWF.
