He's a fool if he wants Spurs. They will stay in the Top 4 for maximum two seasons. If he wants CL season in season out for a long period of time he should come to us/Arsenal.

Not sure, looking at Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea right now they DO seem the more attractive option. However like you said Arsenal and Chelsea will be back where The top 3 are now soon IMO, and I still just cannot see Spurs spending that much.
