If we could have back Timber by the end of February it would be sensationa. 6 months after his injury.

Decent draw, although there's no-one I don't think we couldn't get past if we have a full squad and play our best.

Think Rice genuinely has me thinking we don't really have a ceiling, i love the man

Porto is a great draw until you see that of all the teams City have to play between United and Liverpool, they get fecking Copenhagen

We will get beat 2 nil on Saturday I think. Awful record at Anfield. Also, our away form is starting to dip. Lost away away at Newcastle and villa now without scoring a goal

What was the record last season at anfield? 2-2?

And this season we have beaten Brighton home.

Liverpool are wasteful.

Our defense is quite good. I'm not worried at all.

I'm pretty sure you said we wouldn't beat Brighton or Luton or Wolves or Brentford. In fact have you ever gone in to a game thinking we will win?

Good old Castor

We were cruising past Liverpool last season (albeit they are much improved) until Xhaka wound up their crowd and we felt the pressure.

I think Man U did very well, we can be much more attacking than them but the idea is right - nice and solid, dont get carried away and dont let Salah have any room to run in behind.

And if it weren't for a poor ref decision, it would have been a draw.

It's quite amazing that we have had two loses, both away and both spoilt by dodgy decisions by the ref.

If I was of a suspicious mind, I'd suspect that Castor is admin's Alt account to generate some conversation on this thread.

We were lucky to get out of it with a draw last season. We got absolutely peppered in the 2nd half.

Pool don't lose games at Anfield. Would take a draw all day long but seing as they dropped points v united, I think they will be up for this one

Newcastle should have been a draw and Villa should have been a win. If we were given that stonewall pen early in the 2nd half against Villa and we score it I do think we would have gone on to win the game.

I would happily play like united did and take the point

posted on 19/12/23

Had we not lost to Villa or Newcastle I’d agree Castor. We have to try to win

Alexis Mac Allister will miss the Arsenal game. 🇦🇷

Shame, he has been average.
Curtis Jones and Harvey Elliott madness incoming.

Yeah agree. I would like to have Mac Allister at Arsenal but he really looks average in this Liverpool team.

posted on 19/12/23

Curtin Jones and Harvey Elliott are very average players to be honest.
