bluenoseden , I have wondered , why banjo left us ,i remember that one or two on here upset him , but he was a regular poster on here, and i miss him ,it was never dead when banjo was on here , a couple of years ago it used to great on here .kro.

I don't know if you've ever been on the Small Heath Alliance website. But that's a good read It's a bit cliquey but it can be quite funny and informative at times.

Seems we have signed the Motherwell keeper. I don't know much about it but apparently he has had a few good season and the Motherwell fans seem a bit upset to be losing him.

In terms of a sale, I don't think it is any closer than it was 6 months ago. Pannu does not want to lose control of something he is making £600k a year from and Carson is so vain he thinks he will get off with his court case and will just be able to walk back into Brum like nothing has happened.

It seems we are looking at all available players in Scotland which could go one of two ways. i hope it works out for us but I fear that we could be in another scrap next season.

Let's just hope that on his recent visit to Barcelona, he tapped up a few of their young players that we would be able to get on loan for next season!

As for banjo, he has a row with a few Blues fans on here a couple of years ago for sticking up for Wolves when we went down ahead of them which was a bit harsh. But he didn't help himself sometimes with some of his comments and he did repeat himself a lot. Shame he has gone though and if you are reading this Banjo, please come back!

There are a lot of people that no longer post on here that used and probably for a number of different reasons.

Blimey, of course, Banjo!, How could I have forgotten? I loved him, but he was a chap who knew how to use fifty words when one would do. I reckon if you did a word count of blues posts on the old 606, more than half of the total would have come from his keyboard. Prolific he was, prolific!

I remember Banjo but I didn't know him as long as some of you. His posts were informative and littered with complex maths equations that seemed to prove we were the richest club in the world.
Maybe he'll pop back during the close season and maybe the other 'noses will give him a bit of leeway.
