Liverpool are playing some nice football. We are not.

We also went on a 19 game unbeaten run, somehow

Why would you take the first 3 games out?

-----
To create an environment to make himself feel better... an escape from reality if you will...

All of Jones,Evans,Rafael would make your back 4, probably Evra too based on yesterday !
De Gea is way better than butter fingers Mignolet and Januzaj way better than the runt that is Sterling. On talent alone Suarez would egt in but we wouldn't have that racist thug anywhere near our place, would lower the tone. Carrick would walk into your midfield too....

Liverpools defence is shocking, but Rafael and Jones

Last I heard the first 3 games count as part of the season and are worth 9 points.

Liverpool are having 'a great season' according to their fans.
----------
Probably be because we finished 7th last season yet this year we find ourselves genuine top 4 contenders and have been in top 4 or higher for most of the season.

I think that is how it will finish as well but also do not see the point of removing the first three games.

What a ridiculous article. It proves nothing. Liverpool won those 3 games so i don't understand your point. It's like saying lets take out results which Man United won (i.e. Arsenal) and see what the table looks like. Clutching at straws mate.

Jeezus - Jones as a CB would walk into your team and Johnson is an awful defender. He didn't even get forward yesterday once and that's supposedly his strength ! No club in the last 10 years have bought more crocks of sheite than your lot and wasted so much money

posted on 19/1/14

Jones would walk in ahead of the best CB pairing in the league BPM and LK are far better than Jones, as is Vermaelen.

Whatever Respected, stop trying to convince yourself. You know you are in a false position and will be outside the top 4 in the end. Suarez will leave then too...

If you took out all of Everton's win's, they would be bottom of the table. FACT

I took out the first 3 games out because Liverpool won all 3 with 1-0 scorelines. If you take the results after that then they are really no better than Newcastle,United,Spurs or Everton and are miles off the top 3 clubs.

That start they had has given them a cushion right from the start, but that has slowly eroded away and yet they are still looked at as the team to beat to finish 4th.

I just don't think they will be up there come season end

Do you know that if Liverpool lost all of their European cup finals they'd have no European cups to celebrate

a truly mind boggling article

Many a season in the premiership an unfancied team has had freak results at the start of the season only to fall away to midtable or below by the end.

Just highlighting the fact that this is probably the case with Liverpool FC

Liverpool have all the top 8 teams to play at home, that will sort the men form the boys.

Okay on todays showing United should be an easy three points
