Chelsea are apparently completely FFP compliant even with their expenditure. I saw that Simon Jordan chairman explaining it. It's all to do with how they manipulate their accounts.
Basically, why the fvck don't we do the same?

I don't need to. If somebody looked at their accounts and then gave an explanation, then I'd listen. He often gets things wrong and when it's put to him he tries to worm his way out of it.

Even Arsenal are bending FFP rules. Unable to buy Raya so have agreed a loan deal with Brentford and will buy him after some sales. Very smart.

Like I said very clever strategy. Very proactive approach where the team comes first and then the books.
Looks like City will be going into the market with news De Bruyne is probably out for four months.

You might not think its smart but its allowing Arteta to get the players he wants, even backup keepers

Raya all day for me, quality keeper.
Ramsdale made loads of blunders backend of the season and now they have someone who can step in and even become number 1.

I wouldn't be worried about him leaving but the fact Firmino and Fabinho have both gone over there makes me think he'd be tempted
