Schneiderlin will just add to your midfield congestion and could lad to the Podolski situation, being left out and then improving other teams. Which isn't what you want to be doing.

And you have to argue both points in any situation. He adds to the squad depth in quality, yes, however, he could also drive some players out of the club (like Ozil for example ).
