i just looked this up and there are different schools of thought on this subject, its who u believe really.

I may try the running after weights for a few weeks and see how it goes
the first ten mins was tough but it was ok after that

Anyways I've done some more research and there is still no definitive answer however some seem to think u burn more fat running after although study's have been done and it made no difference

I'll do it for the rest of the month and see how it goes, one thing I would say is if I run after there is normally more gashhole about as its not so early
