Should have said "He was cancelling Direct Debit " and they would have knocked off more like a friend of mine did and they shaved £35 off his package

Fook Sky haven't used them in years. I use card sharing. Box is pretty cheap and a years sub is £40.
spotted this thread the other day and prompted me to ring up, have saved a further 15 quid a month for the next 6 months, so atm I'm paying 2 quid a month for sky sports clowns
