It's indeed time for Hamilton to switch team. A swap with Vettel might be nice considering that Vettel seems to be loosing steam over at Ferrari. Being German, he probably will get equal treatment...

Yes. Lewis is being sabotaged.
Mercedes are that desperate to see Rosberg win that they will hand race victories to Red Bull and take the enormous budget cut that would come with not winning the constructors title.
