Yeah I thought it was a good film, can't imagine why Cloggy walked out

Probably Sat their p*ssed off for 2 hours at his own lack of forward planning being sat on the front row of a fckin imax screen. Left when his neck ache became unbearable and he’d missed half the action anyway.

Recliner seats Been booking the same seat since forever, middle second row from the front. Absolutely immense. John Wick was pure IMAX p00rno

Can we talk about how pointless life is and how you spend decades just functioning and watching screens until the void inevitably welcomes you.

Are you suffering from depression?

GOTG3 is the best MCU movie since End Game and easily top 10, maybe even top 5 of any MCU release. Really surprised at how good it was. What a shame James Gunn is done with MCU

I literally fell asleep. It was very tedious.

Hmmm

I liked it but disappointed with a lot of it. Felt the runtime too. Actually think the first two are better. I'd give it a 7/7.5 out of 10.

And that's coming from a big GotG fan.

Cosmo though

My one big criticism which was the first thing I said when I left the cinema was that it was too long. They could have taken off 20-30 minutes and given it to Multiverse of Madness instead which was incredibly rushed. Also a LOT of shouting. Apart from that I can’t fault anything, I loved it and will definitely watch again.

Also the first 2 GOTGs were already in my MCU top 5 so it’s a very high bar to better.

My lad and I watched it this afternoon and we both loved it. I thought it carried the long run time really well as I was never bored.

Like the others the soundtrack was superb and after a series of fairly average offerings it was great to see a proper Marvel classic again.

I thought it was every bit as good as vol1 and much better than vol2, definitely in the top 10 of the MCU 32.

Spoiler chat at the weekend unless everyone who's interested has seen it?

I didn't notice it dragged and at this point I was about 6 beers deep, so the fact I wasn't concentrating on my bladder must have meant I was pretty into it.

I only really had one issue with the film, maybe a couple of small things here and then, but generally it was a really good watch for me.

I won't be watching Guardians 3 in the cinema and I'm not invested in the characters enough, to care about spoilers, so feel free to discuss them.

Having slept on it, going to up my rating as I really did enjoy it. My disappointments came from certain expectations for events that did not transpire.

Runtime aside I only have minor gripes with the movie itself.

I always struggle to give fair ratings based on recency bias.

I think this was better than 2, probably about on par with the first one but not a huge amount in it for me.

I actually preferred 2 to one - love the whole franchise though.

Yeah, probably the most consistent across the MCU? Maybe Captain America's trilogy would be better for some, but I didn't really enjoy the first one much.

Saw that Dungeons and Dragons. I have to admit. It was really good fun. The humour was bang on.
Think this could be the Guardians replacement.

‘And there he goes, he always walks in a straight line. Ohh.. there’s a big rock in front of him, is he gonna go around? ….Nope, just right over…’

7.5/10
