Fair enough, rate Koulibaly as one of the best CB's in the world and wouldn't really put De Vrij in that bracket, notwithstanding he has had a good season.
Despite his move Ziyech still a bit of unknown as to how he'll get on at Chelsea whereas Mahrez has been one of City's best players this season.
Can't say Alli interests me too much, seems to have hit a bit of a plateau whereas Mount is on the rise in his breakout season.
Main reason for rejecting JET's offer is because ideally I'd like to use Koulibaly to improve my attack.
Really don't rate Zinchenko, change to Hernandez and I'd consider it.
