Honestly baffled by the attitude of some here. Yes questions should be asked of Arteta but he had a project and we were ahead of schedule last season and now suddenly everyone wants him gone cos we've hit a dip in form.

Well realistically you need to be spending about 100m a year to stay competitive at the top, we just had to outlay a lot more at the beginning because we had so little value in the squad. Right now we're probably only 2-3 players off, which is huge from where we came from.
I think he has to take responsibility for the bad signings but he's had more hits than misses and I'd trust him to keep spending money within reason, especially as we should start getting decent fees for players again finally

I will agree that Artetas in game management isn't good enough. ESR should have come on as soon as Liverpool brought their kids into the MF, Saka should have come off, Havertz should have come off earlier (although I think he did most things well, except for the main one you want from a CF)
We leave subs too late. Trossard should defo have came on a lot earlier. Liverpool seem to be smarter with the subs they make.
Not only did I have to watch that disaster of a match, but I had to hear the stadium announcer say that the tube strikes next week are cancelled, meaning I have to go to the fking office next week. So annoyed.
