I mean it would have been robbery on Toulouse to not win that but it’s robbery from the officials to give a handball. It’s never handball!

yeah no complaints with the loss and we should still cruise the group but we've clearly just witnessed sheer incompetence or corruption.

Does anyone actually know what's a handball anymore? because I certainly don't

I know we r bemused by thay var decision but that was an even worse performance than Luton away. Also endo subbed was it injury or just utter rubbish. And why are we not getting the dcm

I thought I knew. Firstly it is not handball if it comes off a part of the body first and secondly handball is brought back by VAR if it results in a goal directly from the handball offence. Unless it's different in UEFA competitions, which I doubt.

That’s what I thought, if it hits the shirt sleeve, it’s not handball and never mind the fact it came off his chest immediately beforehand

Yeah thought that was the rule too TOOR, it definitely is in the prem anyway. Must be different in europe where the refs are even bigger nobheads.

wasnt directly scored from the handball, wasnt handball as it wasnt intentional and it came off another body part first. Its not different in uefa far as i know they changed it after the sissoko handball in the final? Ref gave the goal too and ive no idea what made him go tto the screen for it, they need holding accountable, idk how u get it that wrong tbh.

Fully expect to see them officiating in the prem next year

I don't think we should be blaming Var for our inept performance. Woeful that

dont think anyone is, would have been a robbery if we got a point. But if the officials did their job correctly a point is what we'd have got.

Another mind boggling decision.
Wasnt handball
Diff phase of play
Mc didnt score so handball doesnt count

Take your pick.

He committed three yellow card offences in one half. Next foul he was off.

I thought we looked far better in the first half. Their goal was against the run of play and having Mac further forward on the pitch made him a much better player.

He looked utterly disinterested in the second half, he’s really not good enough as a DM.

Yeah I agree hes just not a DM, its as simple as that. Hes wasted there. If he plays as the holding midfielder against city we will get absolutely ripped to shreds.
