The prem is a defensive disaster. Absolutely shocking. Think it is the most goals ever this season isn't it?

Yeah I read somewhere that there have been a record number of goals conceded in the PL this season which is a defensive (bad) record. However, there haven't been as many goals scored as previous years so shows how poor attacks have been as well.

Why are teams conceding so many, yet scoring so few? Is it the new FFP rules hindering teams in this department?

Leganés have drawn 5 straight now. The last one was 1-1, their four previous games finished 0-0. I think they've had about eight nil-nils this season. Even their most recent friendly was a 0-0.

A point would leave us needing only to match whatever Leeds do against Southampton on the final day. If we can't manage that playing already-relegated Huddersfield at home, then I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Sorry, got to go out to a hippy fire festival thing with a hippy so will miss the match. Just wanted to say that Kane could do with a pen though. Although Real Madrid in the CL surely trumps Kane (pen) in terms of importance. Enjoy
