Better question to ask the Liverpool scouts
I’m not sure Chelsea have any, they’ve gone back to the early Roman days of targeting anyone United wanted except this time it’s Liverpool
They aren't got no scouts. But what have they got?
They got Caicedo got Sanchez got Jackson got Disasi got Olise they got Lavia
I think the following are the criteria that Chelsea look for in their transfer targets:
- Human
- Alive
- Has played football at some level in the past

Chelsea are debt free which is a great position to be in with increasing interest rates.

Get a calculator, take away 250m from 1 billion ... I can give you a hint if you want. Then divide it by the length of the contracts given to the players, It comes to 140m a year. With revenues of over 400m even without Champions League and with the huge reductions the club has made in wages, Chelsea still have around 60m to play with after Lavia and Olise, more so when they sell Ziyech, Lukaku, CHO and Chalobah. Add to that the fact that Clearlake cleared all our debts when they bought the club, and they are an investment fund full of financial experts, I think they may know just a little more than you about finance.
It's a risky strategy which will work if 5 or 6 of the players turn out to be "perfect" investments and fulfill their promise. If they all fail, we will be screwed, I give you that much. However, you are p¡ssing up the wrong tree with your other accusations. Maybe you should be thinking of how your club are going to reinvest the 100m you made on Kane and hope they do a better job of it than they have in previous seasons.

The only evidence if irregularities found so far were reported by ourselves and relate to the previous regime but not necessarily to ffp.
So as yet there is zero evidence, yet you persist with your fantasy. I hope you never get jury service.

Your club is a joke right now. Completely clueless owner just throwing money around with absolutely no strategy.
Only a matter of time before he collapses the club. Over a billion spent on average players to finish 10th last season, and I suspect the same this season.
