I’ve never been impressed when I’ve watched Ipswich. Granted I’ve only seen about 5 games, but they’ve not looked like a top 2 side. They’ve done amazingly this season and deserve a lot of credit but have conceded 49 goals and over scored their XG massively, I’m baffled they are where they are

But momentum is a massive thing.


The side they have got, could easily finish mid table next season.

We're going up imo. We aint playing that well and look a bit tired in some areas, yet don't even look remotely like losing. Only Leicester have looked like hurting us since losing to WBA. Can see us winning all bar 1 or 2 which will be draws. Ipswich have pushed their luck with leaving it late and can't see them keeping up with our relentless pace. Just need to stay 3+ points clear of Saints ahead of the final game. Saints do have fixtute congestion but with a bit of a rest, they too good go on a winning surge and win all of their remaining games.

The thing is, mentally, the other 3 now in a situation knowing that they could lose any match they’re involved in.
But Leeds are going into matches expecting to win.
The difference is massive.

Until recently, wasn't it the case that all Leicester needed to do was turn up and they were expected to win, it turns so quickly
We need to resist this complacency and arrogance, it's exactly what loses games as we have seen in the past time and time again.

in December. Laughable. It now looks more likely that

Leicester were being quoted at 1/100 to get promoted when they were miles ahead of us.
Still think it will be them and us going up automatically

with all due respect batty watching Leicester at the time they were winning games undeservedly - it was clear they'd run into a situation like this I think, I said this many times on here and to my pals.. we've all watched football for many years and all see it a million times before... how people had Leivester as champions in November / December was ridiculous,.

and now they look shot, they must be utterly bricking it and have Chelsea ion the cup next week.

they do still have time to turn it round, but 3rd would just kill them!

Dennis, I honestly wouldn't be surprised to see them finish 3rd... did I read on here they have a pending points deduction for next season too.. they'll be under some pressure.
