He looks to be a player. Great skill set, scores different types of goals and works hard. Reportedly very strong mentally too, which is showing on the pitch atm.

Yeah you got a player there, annoyingly.

Reminds me of Giroud, but ceiling probably a fair bit higher

My hero. I think he's very good now and has the potential to be great. My inner ten year old wants to be him.

Looking like an excellent signing

He's doing very well. Not to be too nitpicky but headers is his next objective

Unfortunately you could see hes a good signing even though he wasnt scoring in the prem. physically suited too. I think nico jackson is similar he works hard physically his overall games quite good just the finishing is an even bigger issue with him. But i still think he will come good or prove a good signing even with the poor finishing.

He has the highest shot conversion rate in the PL in 2024. 62%. If we created chances like some of the other teams he'd be I the 20s already this season.

Rashford and Garnacho have also started looking for him in the box , something they were both infuriatingly not doing earlier this season
The amount of times these two lads would decide to shoot when Højlund was clear for a tap in was frustrating.

He's done really well to come through that tough spell. We've seen with Forlan that even good players can struggle if they don't get off to a flyer.

You mean in the last 6 games. I think saying he’d be in his 20’s is fanciful, he wasn’t playing nearly as well as he is now.

But even then you could see he could play, I said as much myself.

Wow, is that real? 62% is ridiculous. Do you mean shot accuracy?

Yep. It was good to see Garnacho looking to find Hojland unmarked in the box rather than aimlessly shooting at goal for United's second vs Luton

Time to stop messing about and get young Jesse back where he belongs, pushing for a starting place in the U13s.

“And I believe he's the youngest player ever to do that in PL history.
Not to mention he's now joined Eric Cantona , Cristiano Ronaldo and Rudd van Nistelrooy as the only Man United players to score in as many consecutive games for the club.”

You believe!!?? FFS this has been all over the media and there’s you making out you’re some sort of fact finding statistician!

It’s good to see the lad scoring regularly again, worry is if he hits another bad patch or gets injured!

I think it's his mentality that sets him apart, he's a real leader and you can tell both the fans and his team mates love him.

Between him, Garnacho and Mainoo, we have 3 potentially brilliant players who could be at the club for 5-10 years.

Realistically, we aren't going to be challenging City, or probably Liverpool for a title next season. So hopefully this summer we continue to build toward the future, 2/3 players fairly early in their careers (under 25) with a similar mentality would really excite me.
