It doesn't say that. If it did you'd have provided the direct quotes instead of a lost in translation interpretation of what was said.
The defence actually argued it was an irregularity but Lord Hewart went to great lengths to dismiss that notion and emphasise that it didn't matter what if it was a irregularity.

The process you want us to trust clearly creates suspicion.
