Not over by a long shot

Absolutely not all over, given how pash we’ve been most of the season, albeit today’s result is a massive and unexpected bonus. 2 pretty poor teams if we’re honest, in an increasingly poor league. An uber-pleasing afternoon though.

Hearts game aside, Celtic are on a great run
Hatate and CCV back massive.
Full points for Celtic to the end of the season. Rangers on 4 points from 12. That's a collapse and they won't come back.

Hatate and CCV back are unquestionably massive for us … it’s the pash occupying most of the other positions that worries me though.

How do you think we feel Dave. Barasic still getting a game, he fills his shorts at celtic Park parp.

Goldson completely off his game for weeks.

Lundstram was OK for a few weeks now he back to pulling a cart.

Dessers is
Well dessers
Enough said.
So spine of the team is pash and I agree rangers will drop more points as will celtic.

Difference being we will get skudded in the first 45 at celtic Park then do the usual defiant 2nd half but will ultimately lose.

League done and dusted.

I would like to think Celtic have had our blips. It’s time to get the Big Bhoy Pants on and win all our remaining games convincingly - ‘cause that’s what Champions would do. No conspiracies. No Goal Difference. Just WIN!

Unfortunately, I just don’t think Rogers Celtic can do that. It’s almost like neither team wants it?

Just before I park the conspiracies, if those Twitter rumours are true. Fully expect GW38 to be:
Celtic away to Killie
Rangers away the Hearts

😉

I know both teams tend to struggle at rugby park but with a title at stake I wouldn't expect celtic to slip up.

The player we should have tried for in January as he wouldn't miss the chances dessers does will likely score in the last day at tynecastle.

Huge choke from Rangers today. Deservedly beaten and same old mentality issues reappeared.

A finisher in the first half would have won us the game though. Dessers is a haddie.

Celtic in control but they are prone to a fook up too. Most concerned about our form 4 points from 12 is a joke at this stage of the season.

We badly need a Goldson replacement this summer. The guy has been rotten for months

First jalf yesterday gave me the fear and its been that way all season.

Its in our own hands, i take nothing for granted.

Both teams are phish so whoever wins the league wont have done it by being great

Agree. Not got a lot of confidence we can get this over the line. Neither team can reflect on an outstanding league campaign.

I dont think rodgers is the way forward for celtic. Its been a pretty poor season.

Losing the league after getting such a headstart would be unacceptable imo

Got my concerns about him as well-but bigger concerns about the board. They’re not going to give any manager the backing they either deserve or need. Rodgers can point to a weaker team than last season in his defence.

Say we get 2 6 million signings in the summer, just for talking sake though we both know that fat pwrick wont sign off on it.

Would we spend that on idah and bernardo and if we did do we think thats progress?

Not for me.

Also, we signed enough "projects" last year, we dont need any this summer

You guys need to get behind him.

Or let him get behind you. I don’t really know if he’s top or bottom.

Agree-but that’s part of the problem. £6 million is the going rate for players with the ability level of Idah and Bernardo. We still think in Scotland that if we spend that on a player then we should be getting something special.

Sometimes, that could be true-but most run of the mill players are about that figure.

Sadly I think this is the foreseeable future.

A 'one remarkable year in 4' cycle for us.

Football wise I think the national team with 40kpw+ players for 1st time

in a generation will do better than individual clubs.

Could weep when I think about the 60's & 70's.

Yeah at half time on Saturday your thinking oh no here we go again. The crap celtic have turned up today

Thankfully we turned up second half but man we have been disjointed all season.

After ibrox you were thinking right 6 games to go win all 6 and the league is ours. Time to roll the sleeves up and go for it but Saturday showed that just wont happen.

He keeps playing guys that have serious attitude problems and are not trying. So sick of seeing players walk about the park. Where is the ruthless rodgers from the first time?

If we do win the league then the board need to give him money to spend and let him pick the plàyers.

No more guys like lagerbielke that we waste 3m on. Needs to be 1st team players only as we badly need an overhaul.

For me the board are to blame for this season and they either need to go or adapt their signing policy as it aint working.

Considering we beat them twice and drew the other we should be miles ahead of them but have struggled and were relying on other teams to do us a favour.

Yeah we have had a bad run of injuries but thats where the boards incompetence has caused us problems as we are relying on projects to bail us out and that is never going to work.

I don't think anyone was concerned at half time on Saturday. It had the feeling of the inevitable break through

There have been games where I worried but Saturday wasn't one of them

I was concerned but i'm always concerned under rodgers.

1 shot in the first half and it wasn't even on target.

i miss angeball

According to Rodgers we play the same football

To be honest without Scales I felt we moved the ball better and much more cleanly

posted 1 month, 1 day ago

scales has overachieved and because of that people think he is better than he is.

he's played well i can't deny that, but we need better.

we need a CDM, one who collects the ball, turns and gets the attack started.

one that plays facing the centre halfs and doesn't move more than 45 degrees is no use, neither is one that can't defend.
