Who has said it? I can't see any bottle job articles? I see lots of wumming of course, and rightly so.

But I think you and me need to spread more awareness that Liverpool massively bottled it this year

I’ve said it plenty, and it’s true. The players have bottled it big time in the last few weeks imo, and in big games this season in general.
