Mrs P has a couple of skin cancer scares so we have to mostly stay away from sunny places, also the the dugs come with us so it's mostly staycations, had a few decent hols having a few days here and another few somewhere else, Cornwall was excellent and also cabins up North

We try and get a couple of weekends in Amsterdam every year if one of the boys takes the mutts

The missus wants to try there or the Shetland's, been looking at them both for a wee while now, it's the ferry that's putting here off as she's sheite scared of the water but will suck it up to get there

There's a short journey to Orkney, less than an hour. Been twice. Beautiful place and the people are great

Aye one of her friends moved there 10yrs ago on a short work break and never came back, entirely changed her profession just so she could stay and her and her family have loved it, she's actually running a guest house now so accomodation would be sorted, will have a chat with her tonight and see if we can get it sorted

First time trying a 5-star Turkey job for us this year.

We are usually Tenerife, love it over there, but we tried Egypt tail end of last year and liked it, nice change, so thought we'd give Turkey a go this time round.

Told her Im gonna book Florida for the end of May,wait till you see her coupon when its Mount Florida and she aint getting a ticket <smug>

Bologna in May for Imola F1. Had tickets last year but was cancelled 14 hours or so before my flight due to severe flooding. First trip since covid, went a lot of places before that.

One of the weans go to Marmaris every year,too hot for me.

4 hour drive north after work and it's still light!

Blue, we have friends in the Dam, obvs we started going there for the blow and confusion but now it's 90% the craic and banter mate, we just get a few days without stress, anxiety or pressure, they also have great vegan food which suits us both bruv

Going to pick up my mum in the UK next month and go to Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and San Marino

September someone country hopping in Africa. SA, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia most likely though could do Kenya and Tanzania and maybe some random one like Eritrea instead.

Same.

Never felt as if folk were on top of each other though. Would go back, but when we priced it last year to go back this year, it was about 60% dearer and as much as I liked it, it wasn’t worth what they were looking for.

Fair do,s mate,we have been 20 times + the prices these days are shocking,if you have digs that will ease the pressure

Mate, don't listen to him. The dugs will be miserable - no facking trees and not many lamp posts!

Was Orkney and Shetlanded out cos my old man worked the boats from Leith and we got a free trip every Easter. Baltic. His family hailed from there. Nearest I came to death doing the boat up to Fetlar.

Heed is Lanzarote is he not? We love it there tbf - almosty bought a place there start of the year
