Watched it in a pub in London Bridge with a few off of here, all I really remember was there was a Poch lookalike and then beers and chairs going everywhere when Lucas scored the 3rd!

A great game with a magical ending.
Just a shame the decline started soon after.

Wait, it wasn't The Old King's Head just off London Bridge was it? I was in there that night and the place went nuts, it seemed to be a full on Spurs pub. Watched the City away game in there too and the place was rocking, everyone singing about how great VAR was.

It was The Thirsty Bear pub famed for its self-service
We reserved a spot in there that came with a tap giving you a choice of 2-3 beers. Choose your beer and size tap your card and it did the rest

This game should have resigned “Spursiness” to the bin - you could not get less Spurs than this. We were hammered in the first half, Ajax should have been out of site.
Then a combination of Llorente, Lucas, De ligt and Onahahahahahaha intervened and Poch was crying on the pitch.
It’s been more or less shiete ever since, with the exception of Contes initial 6 month patch when we smashed teams for fun and finished 4th after a poor start

He was shocking again the other night, 2 conceded at his front post and Olises goal was soft as well - it was a scuffed effort.
1 decent season at a doggedly defensive Inter can set you up for your whole career now though

Yep...we even had the Liverpool team turn up we needed and still lost.

I was travelling back to the Midlands from working in Croydon when we played Ajax. I got home a few mins after kick off. In all my years that was one of the most unreal games I have ever watched us play in. I ran around my living room and garden like a lunatic come final whistle. I never got to work the next day due to an old mans hang over... (nothing worse).

I was in my flat in London Bridge for it, never celebrated anything like that before.
Not the biggest fan of the Thirsty Bear for watching football, my usual if I wanted to watch a game was the sheaf.

I jumped in the air and landed on my knees when the third went in. Absolutely killed the next day
Only spurs could go from there to sacking the manager a few months later.

I remember I was watching on a stream that was a couple of minutes behind, I had given up and then got a text saying 'I bet your going mental', that was the moment I realised we had scored. Sure enough a minute or so later Lucas slotted home Dele's cute pass.
Club mentality meant we never turned up in the final and were shafted by a ridiculous penalty in the first minute.
Levy out.
