Fack me, we used have two or three class strikers in our squads. Now it’s Richarlison and a couple of kids that have never done anything.
We need a proper striker. They are out there.

For midfield, Ederson as Devon said, and Jordan James of Birmingham. Very good young talent with 95 games under his belt.
Olise yes but read today Villa are interested along with Man Utd. Apparently he is a utd fan. No to Eze and Neto as I doubt they can handle three games a week. Olise is younger than both them and a better talent.

He bagged 20 goals last season, 12 the season before and has gone cold since he came back. 4 from 15 games.
He is now 28. Take into account his attitude we can do better.

If we had wingers that fit the system, I think Richie would be fine. I like Johnson, but I still don’t understand why we signed him, he’s completely wrong for what we are trying to do. As is Werner. A couple of tricky, paceywingers would provide space in the middle for Maddison and also opportunities in the box for Richie. As we seem to have given up shooting from more we than ten yards, the wingers are essential and we do not have one that fits yet.
I don’t care how much it costs, I’d get olise in.
I’d prioritise that over a striker.

BJ from the right has been pretty successful, particularly giving assists to Richi. He doesnt really get in the game from the left.
For me we have to work better positions for him, rather than passing to him and expecting him to dribble through a low block. Same for whoever is on the left too. AN Olise/Eze sort would be a real upgrade on Werner, and they offer more than just assists.
I also think we look way more balanced with a proper striker in the middle. Richi is no world beater but you can just see that he instinctively makes those runs, in behind, down the channels, across the defender near post. Natural movement of a striker. Son doesnt quite have it and also lacks the ability to hold the ball and any aerial threat. If Richy could finish like Son and had his pace then BOOM!

I think so, what are the odds that Bayern go 3 seasons potless? He must know the longer he is with them the more likely he wins something.
The only 3 clubs more nailed on are City, PSG and Madrid, one has Haaland, one is likely to buy Mbappe and the other seems mostly interested in Osimhen
