I have been supportive of Farke, but am starting to think we need new ideas. And fast
Not a fan of sacking managers early, they deserve the chance to change things in order to turn it around, but we look dejected, void of confidence and out of ideas, basically just picked up where we left off. That falls with the manager, without a new one, we'll be 10 pts adrift playing catchup AGAIN.
The football is boring and our own fans are booing backwards passes, so a change wouldn't be such a bad thing.
To answer the OP, NO.
Actually fck no. There's 13 days left of the window.
I'd sack him tomorrow. Bring in another manager.
And give him the rest of the window to say yes or no
to players already identified (assuming they have).
If you're in a hole, no point continuing to dig it.
He's had enough time to evaluate. His Plan A relies
on individual brilliance. We need a tactician who
can adapt as each game progresses. Farke can't.
Maybe cold. But, fck it. This is Leeds.
49ers aren't going to get rid of him, I think regardless of results, they've made their money, they have someone who takes the flak for them, they surely cannot be serious about promotion at this point.
Can obviously be corrected if in next 2 weeks we make AT :LEAST 4 quality signings and that is just to replace what we lost, let alone move forwards, but at present, I just dont see that happening!
Back him, give him funds for 6+ players (that's quantity, not age) and give him till the Oct International break. Pull the trigger then if its not working, just in time for the Jan window.
Is Farke the problem? If you rip out the heart of your team and you bring in no replacements, this is what you get. Any coach would struggle with this.
Farke struggled with a fully intact team. He had Cree,
Archie, Georgi, Kamara, and a slew of others and still
got out-coached by a long line of other coaches.
We know what he is. And what he can do. It's not
good enough. Unless, the 49ers would like us to tread
water for a season or two.
Genuinely feel sorry for Farke.
Tries to build a team last season sees players go out of loan. Then loses Wober, then Harrison, then Sinisterra, all whilst Gnonto playing silly b88gers.
Then this season its almost exactly the same.
I think Farke has been great for building team, for morale, for handling awfully difficult situations.
I'm not a fan of his subs and timing, not a fan of Piroe at 10, but he's working with hand ties behind his back at times, I think most managers would struggle with these owners.
I dont feel we have clarity over who is driving the inbound transfer policy, but it does feel as if it's not Farke, and that is wrong.
It was poor today, a hard watch. After the week we’ve had I was expecting worse. We’ve all been crying out for Joseph to get a chance…2 games in and he hasn’t grabbed the opportunity, looks like he couldn’t trap a bag of sand. If we can’t provide service for Joseph or Bamford why bother with a striker at all. Getting back to the original question, Farke is on a poor run going back to early April when he had Archie, Summerville and Rutter and at most clubs he would be very worried…I’ll agree with Shaun and give him until the October break.
Yeah I'd keep him. Who would we get instead?

Every other club answers that question time after time.
Why can't we?
Pie in the sky is Potter. More pie in the sky is Moyes.
Start there. Expand your search. I hope the owners
are way ahead of us on this. If they don't have multiple
back up plans to player replacement and managers
then they are massively out of their depth. And should
fck off asap.
The silence from the club is a slap in the face to the fans, I don’t want to hear excuses for why we are where we are…just put out a positive message on what they are trying to achieve this window.

A massive wage and huge warchest for this division.
They’d be queing round Elland Road for it.
Yes, I agree LIW.
Leeds as a city alone is immense. Great people.
Leeds United as a club is as good as any in the world.
We are not sh 1 the. We deserve better. Managers
with any intent to show their craft should be lining up
to take us on. Bielsa showed it. Succeed here and
you are a fcking legend. No excuses. Invest in the
team and manager and we will be massive.

You’re right- we all give Farke stick but he’s been shafted like the rest of us. We’ll know by the end of the transfer window whether the 49ers are taking us for a ride- until then let’s get behind Farke.
Fed up of this timid approach. Reward the incredible,
unwavering, ever present support that you have.

Keep him. Let him have some money to spend. Some of the football we played for big chunks of last season was brilliant. Big players let him down at the business end.
If he goes then someone like Rosenior would be good but we’ll probably get Warnock.
Should have gone after Wembley defeat.
