No matter how happy I am at a win over our greatest rivals, I'm somewhat disturbed by the fact it may give Ally more time in the throne. He was very lucky today and luck throughout the game was entirely on our side. Only for the individual brilliance of Aluko did we get our result.
Still a needed win however how pointless it may be.

Tim.
Lennon has faults, big ones at that. But we have to remember the bigger picture here. This same tram went on a 21 game unbeaten run. We are going to win the spl, we are in semis of Scottish cup. For me now lennons test comes in the Scottish cup and not the league. I am disappointed that we don't seem to turn up in what is classed as the bigger games, but you have to remember that championships are won over the distance and not the sprint.

Tim
I know what you are saying as the big must win games do appear to pass Lennon and Celtic by.
Rangers are a shambles at times, and we may go down, but over the last few years we know how to win when it matters.........most of the time, not in Europe etc.
Lenny's Celts have gone on a great run to overtake us and deserve the league title, but last season, last Sunday and today, the bhoys demanded victory and were let down.
In comparison, your problems are small fish to ours, but the pressure does seem to get to Lenny's Celts.

I know Tim. A question though, would you rather we beat rangers 4 times a season and lose league?
I think lennon knows the Scottish cup is massive for him now. The December of game was massive, and we won it.

Aye LMC,because the ref would not allow us to score.I jest of course.
I don't think Tim is simply referring to OF games,as the Killie one hurt last week.

Blue. For me last week hurt more than today.
As I say I think lennon knows questions are being asked. Just have to judge it all at end of season.

Belfast, as much as i'm loathe to say it, but I agree with you about Ally tactically this year BUT he has to be given a chance to bloom as a manager. One thing that no one can deny is the class and integrity he has shown throughout all our troubles this season.
He has to be given time and support!

It may be a wee blip for Celtic and the fact remains Celtic have been on a great run and after Naisy got hurt,Rangers have gone backwards.
Injuries and admin ruined it as a contest, but Celtic deserve it as they were better for longer.
I just hope Rangers compete at the top sooner rather than later.

Blue. The run we had has deservedly won us the league.
