What possible impact will falling out of top 4 this season have on plans for a new stadium.
IMO this has always been the key to medium long term success but will a massive squad overhaul a large spend of transfers and wages plus no UCL football have an impact

Building a new stadium in terms of costs are irrelevant as far as FFP. The problem is would you fill a bigger stadium?
