Could it be a good thing, Nasri and Fab?

I'm not a WUM so please don't take this as a WUM article.

If you read the reports and rumors then it seems very likely that Nasri and Fabregas will both leave this summer.

I want to know if you think in long run it could be good for Arsenal, it's not like they've delivered anything for Arsenal and during Fabregas's last 6 season in side you've not managed a single trophy so perhaps a change will be good.

As for Nasri he has only had about 5 months good football since you signed him, i can't say I’m over the moon that Utd are linked to him but i think he would do well for us cos we'd play him in middle where he wants to play.

But i don't want to argue about if Wenger would sell him or not cos that isn't really up to him the player holds the key with only year left.

But i actually think if you got 60 million for both then you could end up being a much better side PROVIDING Wenger gets given the money to spend on new players.

I think it could be a good thing in the long term, IF quality is signed.

Since Cesc has forced his way into the team he has become central to everything the team does. The formation we play was largely built to get the best out of him.
The problem with that is Cesc has missed a fair number of games, and no-one is good enough to replace him in the team, meaning the system we play becomes far less effective.
Maybe Cesc leaving will see a new style and system, which is even more likely if Nasri goes as well.

IMO, we need proper wingers, more robust and atheltic midfielders, and a system that does not rely on one player and nulify many more.

I want Cesc to stay, no question about that. But if he does go it won't single the end of Arsenal, but a new beginning. Hopefully a more trophy laden one than the Cesc years.

Nasri and Clichy I don't really care about. Nasri is a decent deputy for Cesc, Clichy is not good enough for a title winning team and makes too many rookie mistakes, which is inexcusible seeing as he is 25 and has been in the first team for 7 or 8 years now.
