Well Drogba didn't score vs the might West Ham last season did he? Torres single handedly got west ham relegated last season

Personally I think we should ignore the affect they have both had on the club for now, and focus on their current form.

IMO Torres has been better recently so I would play him.

Luiz, Torres, Mata > Everyone else in our team.

In my opinion Drogba is affecting Torres mentally. Torres was a lone striker wherever he went and was number one whenever he played. He came to us where DD holds a big influence. We’ve noticed that Torres is a player who gets confidence every time he touches the ball. However having a beast consistently looking at you on the bench, waiting for you to make a mistake, doesn’t help.

However IMO Drogba is the kind of player who doesn’t need to rely on confidence, due to his physical presence mainly. Right now both strikers are off form hence why we’re struggling in the league. But I think Torres edges him slightly because of the amount of efforts he puts into his game.

At the end of the season I think DD will be gone. There’s no doubt Drogba on his day is the most devastating striker, not just because his scoring form but also his physical presence. We will always love Drogba for what he’s done for our club and I have so much respect for DD.

I think he still has one or two years left in him, but not in the premier league. If I was DD I would leave at the end of the season. I think the longer he stays the more damage he’ll do to his reputation.
