Watched the game on telly over the weekend. really concerned for the future

1. Constant changes in managers had disrupted any long term strategy for youth development and transition of players

2.RDM does not have the ability to undertake the transition of our senior players

3.How is it that a Swansea team with players paid less than half the weekly salaries earned by average Chelsea player can pass the ball more comfortably and confidently than us. And not just Swansea, even WBA!!. Our players don't look comfortable on the ball, which is why they rarely make themselves available for a pass . notably Essien, Lampard.

Even though AVB's results were poor, I thought he had the right strategy. There was no way a transition of our senior players would not result in some problems. I still can't see the financial logic in sacking AVB.

AVB salaries and contract cancellation - +£10m

I am pretty sure we are not winning the Champions league with this crop of players neither are we certain of a place for next season. How much will this add to AVB costs?? So why sack the dude
