How did they get the Rangers gig?

They seem to have no idea what they're doing.

Apparently Whyte is involved in the Chicago gang and they have a clause in their bid that they will only buy the club if Rangers go into liquidation.

How did it come to this?

Accept that Marky, but Ticketus went to their parent company Octopus, and their lawyers gave it the go-ahead. It's a lot of money if you're not sure your on firm ground.

Albert as sad as it is Whyte is a conman and you get them at all levels.

Ticketus ARE a creditor...unless you can prove otherwise

Can you prove they are?

Marky, does that mean that Rangers owe the Lloyds money to Whyte?

Well not really Albert, Whyte conned ticketus to pay off Lloyds and probably never told Ticketus where the money was going!

This aint street loan sharking, it wont stand up in court!

It seems Octopus think it will, Dos said today that lawyers are the only real winners in this circus as court cases seem to be springing up everywhere.
Everybody else can just wait.

Yes...

The judge ruled against them being a preferred creditor but a creditor nonetheless...
