What formation do we play? Henderson isn't a right winger, agreed? Well maybe we aren't playing him right wing anymore? I'm starting to think we play a 4-5-1/4-3-3.
If that's the case he has been playing centre mid for the last couple of games. How do you see our set up? Or is it actually a 4-4-2? I remember a fuss being made that Hodgson played a 4-4-2 and since Dalglish came in we played a more familiar 4-2-3-1.
I'm not sure we do that anymore do we? Lucas and Spearing were the 2 last year but this season we have only used one of them at a time.
How do you see the set up against Everton looking? Or at least how would you play it if you were in Kenny's shoes?
Does anyone know what's going on with Maxi as well? Ever since he started the other day and got subbed off I haven't seen him in the team. Personally I think it's a travesty he hasn't played more this year. To get two hatricks in the last 8 games or so last season and be left out so consistently this year - that is proper harsh and probably unwise...
Thoughts?
I'm having a thought here Barbossa...

Not Everton - Newcastle. Got the semi-final on the brain.

We're playing a 4-1-3-1-1 at the moment with our defensive midfielder not getting forward and Gerrard having to support either a misfiring Carroll or non-striker Suarez. This is making it difficult to win any midfield battle as was seen against Wigan.
Henderson isn't a right winger as you say and so he sometimes drifts inside and Downing sometimes swaps and all this is most unsatisfactory in our attempts to win games.
Against Newcastle we just have to pull Gerrard back and perhaps go 4-4-2 with Kuyt and Suarez up front to keep Newcastle occupied.
