I've heard rumours time and time again (a couple seasons ago) that Arsenal have been interested in Salomon Kalou, and as he isn't getting a game, maybe he would drop down a level to Arsenal, so I think that if we give them Kalou, Wenger is more likely to sell him to us if we are actually interested in Nasri. Obviously, Kalou is not as good as Nasri, so an extra £10 million is maybe enough to compensate Arsenal for.
Nasri - Kalou + £10million?

yes but we don't go around buying un proven players. Yes they are high fees but would you want to be spurs or aresnal fans, winning nothing, or chelsea fans that win thing's. Also hernandez's wages will son be tripled, Nasri will earn over 100k, so will Modric.

Why do we have to sell our African players just because of ACON?
Anyway I'd prefer to give them Anelka or Malouda - Kalou should stay

I would rather sell anelka more than anyone else, but seeing as Arsenal were interested in Kalou, why not?

we should be careful, imo kalou due to his age is more valuable than anelka

Listen to Arsenal fans lads, Nasri had one good half season, hardly the reason to bring him across to the good ship Chelsea.
Their fans say that when they needed him to lead, he fell by the wayside, we want winners, we want leaders, not passengers

He's got 1 year left on his contract and would be free to talk with other clubs in January
What is the point in paying nearly £20 million for him now?

martynarab3 - I know most of you became fans of Chavski since RA took over, but moving to Arsenal is not dropping down a level. Just because you won a trophy or two in the last few years doesn't make you that much higher. So shut it and learn something about the PL before commenting.

It would be great to see Chelsea sign Nasri but that will put McEachren's chance to sign but I think we should sell Benayoun,Zhirkov and Bosingwa as all three are not good enough and they would take away a McEachren place in Chelsea.
As for Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger he is showing that he is a fool and now he is thinking about signing rubbish players like Gervinho.
Arsenal is not what it used to be but it won't be long before Arsenal become an even bigger laughing stock by coming fifth or sixth and then lose Champions League spot.

Nasri doesn't play where josh play's.
I agree about Bosingwa
Zhirkov is good enough to play for chelsea, it's just that he has injury problems, same with Benayoun.
Gervinho is a good player.
