As it stands Celtic have only won 5 more points than us. Given all thats gone on this season I think that has to be considered a good effort.
I've been critical of Ally, and his performance in the cups was terrible but in his first year as a manager and given everything that has gone on I have to praise him for keeping the players going. Celtic have a better squad, yet despite all our problems they've only won 5 points more as it stands.
Next season I don't have a clue how the squad will look, but I'm more than happy for Ally to be leading us.
Well done to McCoist

What you were doing, was deflecting and I'm having none of it...he's had a poor season, simple. If you're basing your sycophantic appreciation based on his league results, well, a 15 point lead reduced to minus 4 against, in the space of two months, is hardly convincing

Or talking about the league thats still going on?

5 mins ago I was only praising, now I'm deflecting? Try reading without green tinted specs Clearly not deflecting from the cup performance since I mention it before praising him for our performance in the most important competition we were in.
What's the most important thing? The League So aye I'll base my judgement on the league
A poor season, yet Celtic have only won 5 more points. And given everything that has gone on in Allys first year as a manger its good going. Good effort lads, thats what the Rangers fans think.
Without the problems we'd no doubt have pushed Celtic all the way, and with that pressure Lennon would have threw the league away again.

Celtic often fail when under pressure = True story
Without the deduction we'd only be 5 points behind. Without the admin and sale of Jelavic, negativity around the club etc, we'd probably have 5 more.
That would be with a weaker squad as well

Which could be 8 by tomorrow
You lost two home games where over 90,000 people attended.

Could be, Celtic could have and were everyones favourites to lift the League Cup the day before the final.
Obviously though there is less pressure on Celtic tomorrow because the difference is 15 and not 5.

We have faced much bigger adversities than going into a home game against ST.Johnstone, 5 points clear

Celtic and their torment with the LC dates way back to Stein's years...won his first 3 or 4 then lost every one after

Rubbish Dundee went 20 games unbeaten when they went into Admin! Rangers blew a 15 point lead and you are congratulating your manager!
