SEASON OVER BEFORE IT STARTS

It is becoming increasingly clear that the three players who are now constantly in news will be leaving the club, which will create a huge void in the team. However, we know also that there are at least six other squad
players who either want to leave or should be offloaded.

That would mean not just a cosmetic change or pruning but a major rebuild.Frankly if that is going to happen I would like to see the manager go as I have said before, because it is clear that he no longer commands the confidence of the players or for that matter supporters.

The fact that we have as yet failed to sign a single player when we are in
such crisis demonstrates a total lack of decisiveness at the club. My instinct is that the Board and Manager have become total ditherers.

Their blueprint for the club both in developing a young team capable of
success has failed and even the business plan itself is not looking particularly rosy.

There is no point in taking the moral high ground over what goes on at Chelsea and Man City if you are unwilling or unable to compete with
them. The fact is that Man Utd despite their huge debt pile do compete and
win trophies. That is something that we have not done for a long time.

What is clear is that Arsenal is at the moment a 'big club' with a 'small mentality'. We have all the tools in place for success, but lack the leadership to implement it.

The board and some supporters believe that Wenger is still the messiah,
but realistically he is not. The major and minority shareholders [Kroenke and Uszmanov] need now to come together and reach an agreement on how we are going to proceed.

Otherwise we are going to wallow in mediocrity for a very long time.

Everything at this time is uncertain. As you said however, all who say I am concerned about Arsenal should work hard. Otherwise things in the next season will go bad. I don't for sure tell where Wenger is heading the team to.

Not just the season, its seems you've decided that our summer transfers are over before they've even started as well

Most of you seem to be fans since the invincibles season. Arsenal have competed well in the last few years and have been just a few lapses away from several trophies. That doesn't mean the plan failed. It is just that the players while talented bottled key moments. The very players who now want away.

The real point is that we are going to start next totally
ill prepared.

By end of August we could be out of Champions League with wrong draw and perhaps 3 losses in EPL.

What seems to be missing at club is 'leadership' either
at Board or Management level.
