Henman Hill - Causing capasity problems?

During the Nadal v Murray match it was said on TV that the capacity had been reached and they were not letting in anyone else. Before this I had just looked at the matches on Court 1,2 and 3 and seen that there were a lot of empty seats, but Henman hill was packed.

So were they not letting in anyone else because HH was packed even though there was a lot of room for people to watch live matches? Is HH a problem for people who want to watch live tennis?

On Monday it had reached its capacity as people were queueing before the gates had opened, As Murray was playing were a lot of people just going to watch tennis on HH not live tennis stopping anyone who wanted to watch tennis on the outside courts as they couldn't get in?
