We all still think we are supporting the Chelsea team of 04-08. It would have been unthinkable that that team would let a 1 goal lead slip at home.

Problem is that half the team are players from 04-08, thats why we shouldnt be quite to confident

two months ago I wouldn't have fancied our chances in either

Mind you two months ago under AVB we wouldn't be in either comp - but no reason we can't progress in both now..

& that will be some achievement for RDM

that 2 goal lead we had against Villa. We would have shut the game out in previous years if we were 2-0 up. STil make us favorites though against Benfica. Torres to grab a brace me thinks

apparently we will be trying to get the game moved to Friday if we win tomorrow against Benfica so we would have enough time to prepare for Barca. Kenny would use that as an excuse for Liverpool losing to Everton
