A bit of perception gauging here. If you could group 12 European clubs into three tiers, based on prestige, reputation, honours and current power (as a team, financially and socially), how would you do it?
Here's my shot...
Tier 1
Real Madrid
AC Milan
Manchester United
Barcelona
Tier 2
Liverpool
Bayern Munich
Inter Milan
Ajax
Tier 3
Arsenal
Benfica
Juventus
Valencia
I don't think Chelsea or City deserve a mention tbh, nor does any other German side or any French clubs.

I would put Bayern above Milan right now. I think the current quality of the team is important. And Milan just aren't that good. i also think both Juve and Inter have larger fan bases than AC.

Bayern has to be in tier 1.

No Bayern
Liverpool
What an utterly clueless, poorly thought out, under researched, inanely structured and downright inept article.
doesn't even cover it!

I think the OP has put Liverpool in there because of their 5 CL.

Liverpool have 5 CL? Funny that they never mention it.

If Liverppol (history) are there, why isn't Borussia Mönchengladbach or, errr Forest?
