Key players next season

With the probability that we'll still be a championship club next season, which players should we be building around, or players that should be 1st on the team sheet.
Only a handful spring to mind for me...

Kasper, Konchesky, Danns, Drinkwater, Marshall, Nugent & Beckford.

We need another creative midfielder and some more stability in defence but more importantly need to be more effective as a team!
