Don't think rvp can lead a barca line. He's too forward minded and might not have the time for their very slow build up. He's more the shoot on sight type so i think aguero or even tevez might be better suited for it as they can actually play the system well, have the right size and can actually dribble past two or more defenders.

Not sure such a concept could exist - without the penetration of Messi and Alves, any imitation team would just get bogged down in midfield as opposition teams looked to pack the box.

However going along with the idea, I'd say Carrick would be a shoe-in in the Busquets role (assuming you'd want to play a 4-3-3). Also the team would need goalscoring wide-forwards who could stretch the play but also offer a threat in behind (can't think of many in the PL though). I like the idea of Valencia at right back, not something I would've thought of myself.
