Only a win on Sunday will suffice

This is a near all time low for me watching Chelsea in the league. I have felt a great sense of pride watching us in the cups yet feel despondent watching our league performances

I hate seeing the likes of Meireles, Kalou (I can't defend him anymore), Mikel etc to name a few masquerade in Chelsea shirts.

Don't get me wrong, in my early days watching Chelsea, we were a bottom half club and I saw top half as success. Frank Sinclair, Michel Duberry, Minto etc were admittedly never the best of players but you could never fault them for passion or desire. I used to love Le Saux for that reason. We had players like Poyet, Desailly, Wise, JFH that were winners and full of charisma. One of my proudest moments was when we drew 2-2 with Arsenal after throwing away yet another lead against them as it summed up exactly how I felt.

I look at the players today and Mata, Ramires, JT, Cole, Luiz, Ivanovic and Sturridge aside who really cares if we win or not?

It was once said there's nothing worse than talent going to waste. As poor as we are this is a squad capable of making top 4 yet won't take the opportunity. At least with Liverpool they are just a poor team that in truth are just above Championship standard.

If we lose on Sunday and get a hammering against Barca (which I now expect) I think it's season over and doom and gloom. I am dreading the game against Arsenal now. £51 for that ticket!

Fernando Torres has been an absolute DISGRACE since he has signed for Chelsea.
I find it quite shocking for a player who cost a cool £50 million pounds and has only contributed 8 goals in 59 appearances.
He needs to be shipped out in the summer along with half the squad.

At least we are not in the relegation zone which is what we could hope for this season but you guys are going nowhere but down. Come and watch a team where the supporters are real supporters and enjoy football whether its in the Premier, Championship of First .divisions.

QPR lost 6-0 to Fulham in their cup final and a 7-0 agg over the two games, that's almost unheard of. Shameful IMO

Funny how football fans seem to become 'real' supporters because they support a crap club!

Brummie

It's the same everywhere tbh.

Leyton Orient and Dag & Red with West Ham

QPR and Fulham with Chelsea

Walsall and Telford with Wolves.

Bury with Bolton

Nearly all the Greater Manchester clubs with United and City.

The petty hatred these small clubs have towards their bigger neighbours is just silly IMO.

Babbles, you're right, we lost to a good Fulham team, but when we play the poor teams ( Chelsea, Liverpool Arsenal) we manage to win easily.

I think it's the fact that no one at Chelsea has ever considered them as rivals - even when they had a better side than us!

You cant be talking about QPR fans surely? any fans who take more pleasure in seeing other sides lose (like you lot do with us) than others win are not real supporters, the opposite infact
